• 1947- After the Indo Pak partition, the Ailsinghani brothers lost all their Business and settled in Ulhasnagar, Thane, and Maharashtra.
• 1950- Mr. Ajitsingh started their career as Truck drivers and subsequently bought their first Truck.
• 1962- First major contract received from Century Rayon –B K Birla Group for clearing and transporting coal from Kalyan Railway Goodshed
• 1980- First cement contract for clearing & Forwarding from
• 1988- Started Transportation of Grasim Industries (Rajshree Cement) from Malkhed, Pune, Ambernath, Kalyan
• 1988- C & F and Transporters of Kesoram Industries (Vasavdata)
• 1991- C & F and Transporters of Manikgarh Cement
• 1992- Started road transport for ACC from Pune, Wadi, Solapur to Navi Mumbai. Bus fleet operations in Mumbai –Goa & other routes.
• 1997 -Started transportation of bulk cement from BCCI terminal Kalamboli.
• 2001- Started RMC business with Ultratech company in Banglore
• 2003- Started Transportation of Grasim Industries (Rajshree Cement) in Mumbai Region
• 2004- Started RMC business with Ultratech company in Pune
• 2017- Started transportation of JSW Cement
• 2021- Started JSW Green Cement Pvt LTd, Deonar & Trurbhe RMC Plant.
